Introduction to the Craniosacral System Weekend Immersion
Big Island, Hawai‘i | March 6–8, 2026
A hands-on foundational training with Dr. Daniel and Marza Millar, BSN, MA. Designed for practitioners, students, and anyone called to explore the body's powerful pathways to healing.
Save Your SpotJoin Dr. Daniel & Marza Millar on a beautiful, restorative property on the Big Island of Hawai‘i for a rare opportunity to learn the foundations of the craniosacral system.
For more than thirty years, Dr. Daniel Allen has devoted his work to understanding the subtle forces that guide the human body toward healing. His first Cranial Osteopathy course in 1987 opened a lifelong path of inquiry, one that continues to define his practice and teaching today. This immersion is the prerequisite course required for all future study with Dr. Allen.
Modern life asks a great deal from the human nervous system. Many people are living in strain, disconnection, or depletion. Craniosacral work offers a way back to the body’s inherent intelligence.
Dr. Allen believes this work is needed now more than ever. It is a modality that brings practitioners into direct relationship with the body’s natural healing forces—something our world deeply benefits from.
Whether you are a healthcare professional, a bodyworker, or someone curious about beginning their own healing journey and learning this skill, this training offers a new way of seeing and supporting life.
Learn MoreThis retreat takes place on the Big Island of Hawai‘i on a sacred, off-grid sanctuary that naturally supports this work.
We will also welcome special guest Marza Millar, BSN, MA, RN, RHT, who will share the living wisdom of Hawai‘i and the proper ways to respect, honor, and hold space for Aloha—one of the qualities that makes learning here so unique. Meals are fresh, organic, and nourishing, and the schedule includes ample time for rest, reflection, and connection with the land and waters of this place.

About Dr. Daniel Allen D.O.
Dr. Daniel Allen has practiced Osteopathic Medicine for more than thirty years, with a career shaped by a deep commitment to understanding the body’s inherent movement toward health. His early training in Cranial Osteopathy in 1987 opened a lifelong path of study and has guided both his clinical work and his teaching ever since.
After years in emergency medicine, obstetrics, and traditional osteopathic practice, Dr. Allen chose to devote himself fully to hands-on, patient-centered care. He established his practice in Nevada City, California, where he offers long-form, individualized treatment grounded in curiosity, presence, and the core osteopathic principle of finding health within every person.
His teaching reflects the same philosophy: slow down, listen carefully, and allow the body’s own intelligence to lead.
