There is a moment in life when the ordinary path no longer satisfies. When something deeper is calling, not from outside you, but from within.
The Vision Quest is one of humanity's oldest rites of passage, a sacred ceremony used by indigenous peoples for thousands of years to release the past, call in a vision, and step into a renewed life force. Over four months you will work with the four Elements of Creation: Air, Fire, Water, and Earth, releasing trauma held deep in your soul and cellular memory, making space for something new to emerge.
Then on August 1st you will step into the wilderness of Jacksonville, Oregon for a 4-day ceremony. You will spend 24 hours alone on the mountain, no phone, no distractions, no noise, held in a sacred container by an experienced Medicine Team while you receive your vision.
When you return from Quest, you will not be the same person who left.

Alone on the mountain for 24 hours, stripped of all distractions, you will open to receive a vision that is uniquely yours. A vision not just for your life, but sometimes for something far greater.
Meet Your Guide
Marza R. Millar has been guiding Vision Quests for over 31 years. A Medicine Woman of Ojibwe and Scottish descent, she holds the Women's Fireplace of the Sweat Lodge and Vision Quest in the lineage fire of the Star Clan Nation.
Born into medicine ways, Marza is formally educated in both Western medicine as a nurse and alternative medicine, archeology, and ancient civilizations. She specializes in Vibrational and Biodynamic Medicine, Plant Spirit Medicine, Soul Retrieval, Hypnotherapy, Geomancy, Somatic Healing, and Wildcrafted Herbal Medicine.
Her work has taken her deep into the Andes with Inca Elders, into the Arctic Circle with the Siberian Yupick, to the tops of the Hopi Mesas, and into the Temples of Egypt. She is known nationally and internationally for her teachings, her healing work, and her ability to hold a deeply safe and sacred container for those in ceremony.
Through Black Lotus Academy, Marza offers private sessions that blend ancient science and intuitive healing, supporting those navigating spiritual awakening, chronic illness, and major life transitions. From soul retrieval to herbal medicine, energy clearing to life coaching, each session is personalized and guided by decades of sacred insight. She will be with you every step of the way.
